hello i want you to develop an andriod and iOS app featuring a webview URL on the front page
sorry the website is secret site and i dont want anyone to know the domain but u can use google.com to preview them becouse i am an andriod adeveloper 
and i used andriod studio. 
i want you to send me the file of the ios and andriod  Sources Code becouse i will change the url my self just Create the app and the configuration.
i want the permission of recording , to upload file , to local storage , 
to camera, dont allow zoom, and to allow downloads permisson and copy text permission and allow website to save data and to open new tab link in external browser and allow to clear the app caches throuth the website both andriod and iphone .
becouse on my andriod app i use this code <button onclick="ok.performClick();" > Clear </button> to clear the
app caches throuth the website and is working fine can u do it. and i dont need source code guidance i can edit the code my self and both with slide image,
